• Due to hygiene standards, intimate garments such as shapewear, waist trainers, bodysuits, and post-op items are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. No refunds will be issued for these items.

• Accessories and non-intimate items may be eligible for refunds if approved.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with protective liners intact.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable service.
