Returns

After 15 days of your purchase, we can not offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the original packaging. Products must NOT be worn, washed, stained, ripped, or damaged in any way. When requesting a refund, email your request with your explanation for your refund  fit2frameshapewear@gmail.com

Orders placed using “Affirm” as a payment method are not eligible for refunds. All sales made through Affirm are final. We appreciate your understanding.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping cost is non-refundable. When sending the order back we recommend that you provide us with your tracking number for your return via email. 

Once we receive the order back the product will be inspected. You will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. As long as it meets our exchange policy rules your exchange will be processed in 3- 5 business days. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card on file.
