At Fit 2 Frame Shapewear, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all customers. Please review our policy carefully before submitting a return request.



Return Window


Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.


Requests submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.



Hygiene & Intimate Garment Policy


Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, waist trainers, bodysuits, and post-operative garments, we enforce strict hygiene standards.


For the safety and protection of all customers:


• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, or stretching.

• Items must not show signs of wear or damage.

• Protective liners (if applicable) must remain intact.

• Products must be returned in original packaging.


Any item that does not meet these standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.



Exchanges & Store Credit


Eligible returns may be approved for:


Exchange (size or same item only)

OR

Store Credit


We do not offer refunds on:


• Waist trainers

• Shapewear

• Bodysuits

• Post-operative garments

• Orders placed using Affirm

• Final sale or clearance items


All Affirm purchases are final sale.


Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code and does not expire.



Refund Eligibility


Refunds may only be considered for non-intimate items such as accessories or unopened gadgets, if approved upon inspection.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Full Name

• Order Number

• Item(s) being returned

• Reason for return


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and emailing your tracking number once shipped. Fit 2 Frame Shapewear is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.



Inspection & Processing


Once your return is received, it will be inspected.


You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.


Approved exchanges or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
